Please read the following before completing any transaction.

Payment
We accept Switch, Maestro, Delta, Visa, Solo, Electron and Mastercard
securely online. When placing your order please provide the name of the
cardholder and the address to which this is registered. We also require the
security number and postcode. Other methods of payment are available such as
cheques, postal orders and cash but cannot be placed online. Please contact
us if you wish to place an order in this way.

Returns
We endeavor to provide goods of the highest quality and your satisfaction is
guaranteed.If however you are dissatisfied with the goods or the goods are
damaged we will be happy to provide a full refund or an exchange of goods.
This is providing that the goods have not been used, are in the same
condition and in their original packaging and are returned within 7 working
days of receipt of shipment. Please return these goods via recorded delivery.

Submitting a Return
For your own security please return the item via Royal Mail – Signed For
Delivery. Note: be sure to purchase a delivery confirmation number (Signed
For – Orange Slip) for £0.65p for your package. Send this with a note
including your Name & Address and order number along with the receipt to:

Please note that we only accept returns if the goods are returned to us in
satisfactory condition, we have the right to reject any defective items.

If you are returning items due to error on our part we will be happy to
refund the delivery charges incurred by you in sending the item back to us.
Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges incurred and you will also be liable for costs for any other services provided to you in connection
with your purchase, for example “knocking in” and any delivery costs incurred by us.
