Delivery

We endeavour to keep postage costs to a minimum.

All parcels are despatched through Royal Mail Special delivery. Next day recorded delivery is also available and requires a signature on
delivery.

We acknowledge receipt of all orders via personal e-mail within a few
working hours of receipt.

Delivery charges fare calculated at the checkout. Please note that this will increase for heavier items and for large orders, you will be
contacted if this applies to your order.

Heavy Goods (UK/International)
Orders which weigh over 5 kilos, may be subject to additional delivery
charges, we will contact you if this applies to your order.

When will I receive my goods?
Goods are normally dispatched within 3-5 working days. This means that your
goods should be with you within 14 working days. (please allow us this time
to despatch your order).

If your goods are temporarily out of stock you will be notified accordingly.
Some orders may take up to 21 working days.

International Orders please allow upto 30 days for delivery.
